When you buy a product by contacting the website:
When you buy products via chat or WhatsApp, we ask for your name, address, contact telephone number, e-mail address, CPF (Individual Taxpayer's ID), ID, State Registration (if applicable) and credit card information. We also record your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is the address of your computer on the Internet.
We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase, process your order and ship the products to you. We may also use your phone number/WhatsApp to contact you about your purchase.
We require this information to process your payment, deliver your products or services and fulfill our contract with you. We log your IP address to demonstrate that the correct tax has been applied to the sale.
Your information is stored on our website and on our cloud server, both in Brazil. Your credit card details are passed to a third-party payment operator in Brazil that is certified to require effective safeguards for your information. When you fill in a form or send a CV for a job vacancy at GRAZMEC via our website, we ask for your name, contact telephone number and e-mail address. We use this information to maintain a database of CVs for timely selection for the job vacancy. We may also contact you by telephone or e-mail several times after you have submitted the form/resume, in order to follow up on filling the open position. We will do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a database for future job vacancies.

We keep the vacancy form and/or CV for one year, when we delete them.
Your rights as a data subject
