When you buy a product by contacting the website:

When you buy products via chat or WhatsApp, we ask for your name, address, contact telephone number, e-mail address, CPF (Individual Taxpayer's ID), ID, State Registration (if applicable) and credit card information. We also record your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is the address of your computer on the Internet.

We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase, process your order and ship the products to you. We may also use your phone number/WhatsApp to contact you about your purchase.

We require this information to process your payment, deliver your products or services and fulfill our contract with you. We log your IP address to demonstrate that the correct tax has been applied to the sale.

Your information is stored on our website and on our cloud server, both in Brazil. Your credit card details are passed to a third-party payment operator in Brazil that is certified to require effective safeguards for your information. We do not retain your credit card information, nor are we responsible for any kind of unavailability or errors occurring in the processing of payments through credit cards and affiliated banks. When you fill in a form or send a CV for a job vacancy at GRAZMEC via our website, we ask for your name, contact telephone number and e-mail address. We use this information to maintain a database of CVs for timely selection for the job vacancy. We may also contact you by telephone or e-mail several times after you have submitted the form/resume, in order to follow up on filling the open position. We will do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a database for future job vacancies.

We keep the vacancy form and/or CV for one year, when we delete them.

Your rights as a data subject

By law, you can ask us what information we have about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we ask for your consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

If we are processing your personal data for reasons of consent or to fulfill a contract, you can ask us for a copy of the information in a readable format so that you can transfer it to another provider.
